Description

IoT-based Asset Management System has transitioned from basic tracking to Autonomous Asset Orchestration. It is no longer just about knowing "where" an object is, but understanding its "health," "usage efficiency," and "financial impact" in real-time. Our system follow a four-layer architecture to ensure continuous visibility even in remote areas

These are the 4 layers:

The Hardware (Asset Tracker): A GPS tracker, with internal rechargeable battery, is attached to the asset

The Network: The device uses 2G/4G and Satellite (for global/marine use) to send coordinates to the cloud.

The Cloud Platform: Servers process the raw data, checking it against your predefined rules (like geofences).

The Interface: You access the data via a web dashboard or mobile app.

Feature

Levraging the IOT ecosystem to extends the lifecycle of every asset

  • Live Location tracking & Monitoring of asset
  • Systems now use Cellular and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) connectivity for precise position of asset
  • Alerts on predefined events
  • Analyzed Reports based on historical data
  • Asset maintenance reminders & Alerts based on usage
  • System supports APIs to push data into your existing system

Usecase

Connected Car

Personal Tracking

Personal Tracking has evolved from basic GPS location into "Predictive Safety and Wellness." Whether for elderly care, lone workers in hazardous zones, or children.Features like SOS-Alerts, Motion Alert 7 2-way Communication enhance the Personal safety. The core of the system is the "Safety Mesh"

  • A combination of wearables
  • Mobile apps
  • Low-power networks like BLE
  • Predictive Maintenance alerts
Connected Car

Healthcare

Hospitals manage thousands of mobile assets. IoT eliminates "equipment hoarding" and reduces the time spend in searching for gears. Tracking ventilators, infusion pumps, and other equipment’s in real-time.

Connected Car

Construction

Construction sites are high-theft environments with expensive equipment spread over large areas. Monitoring excavators, generators, and even high-value power tools in real-time.

  • Machine & Tools real-time Tracking
  • Machine Working Hour Monitoring
  • Alerts on events based on IoT Sensor & CAN Data

Smart Cities: Infrastructure & Utilities

Cities use asset management to keep public services running with minimal human intervention.

  • Monitor the Smart streetlights
  • Monitor the waste bins
  • Monitor the and water meters by using IoT devices.
